Our Community Mobilisation programs are used as a process through which action is stimulated by a community itself, that is planned, carried out, and evaluated by a community’s individuals, groups, and organisations on a participatory and sustained basis to improve their current state of being and affairs so as to enhance the overall standard of living and knowledge in that community.
A group of people will be encouraged to transcend their differences to meet on equal terms in order to facilitate a participatory decision-making process. In other words we use our community mobilisation concepts and techniques as a process, which begins a dialogue among members of the community to determine who, what, and how issues are decided, and also to provide an avenue for everyone to participate in decisions that affect their own lives.
We use our Community Mobilisation activations in the developmental sector. Recently, our Community Mobilisation interventions have proved to be a valuable and effective strategy which has various implications in dealing with basic problems like health and hygiene, education, environmental issues, gender based issues and other socio-economic factors.
